Today the Prospect Heights Fire Protection District participated in the 2019 Community Days Event and Lions Club Pancake Breakfast. Despite a rainy start, the weather changed and the turnout by the community was very nice. All areas of the community were well represented. All the kids had a fantastic time enjoying the festivities. Thanks to Lt. Rill, Lt. Gray, FF Senese, and FF Hardy for demonstrating a Technical Rescue Rappelling Exercise. Lt. Rill rappelled from 100' in the air showcasing the talents of the members of the fire protection district.
