Several Members Recognized by State of Illinois for Years of Service

This year May 15th through 21st is EMS Week. During this annual event we recognize the contributions that quality Emergency Medical Services makes to the lives of our residents. The cornerstone to all of this is our paramedics. Given in five-year increments, the Illinois Department of Public Health recently presented several members with Years of Service Award.

Lieutenant Andrzej Plonski, 10 years service as a paramedic
Firefighter Anthony Roma, 10 years service as a paramedic
Firefighter Doug Golonka, 20 years service as a paramedic
Lieutenant Scott Olsen, 30 years service as a paramedic
Deputy Chief Drew Smith, 35 years service as a paramedic
