The Prospect Heights Fire Protection District (hereafter referred to as the Fire District) issues this request for
proposals (RFP) for the remounting of one (1) 2006 Type III Med Tec ambulance on to a new Ford E-series
chassis. All proposals shall be for a new, unused chassis that meets the needs and specifications of the Fire
District.
