Big thanks to the Prospect Heights Park District for opening up the Gary Morava Recreation Center to allow us to utilize their pool for training. Another solid day of training by the Gold Shift showing our newer members techniques to use in open water and swift water incidents. Thanks to the senior members of Gold Shift for always making training a fun and educational experience all at the same time!
