Prospect Heights Fire Protection District responded to a car into the building at approximately 130 in the afternoon on Saturday. The driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to the local hospital for evaluation. Fire Department personnel stayed on the scene until Hillside Towing removed the vehicle from the structure. In the photos you can see how close the car came to hitting the four gas meters supplying the four unit Townhouse. Prospect Heights Police assisted us with securing the area and our Building and Zoning Department arrived and was evaluating the building for structural stability.
