In honor of National Telecommunicator Week this April 10-16 member of the PHFD prepared a lunch of Mexican-style food for Wednesday's day shift at our Regional Emergency Dispatch (RED) Center. We wanted to show our appreciation for all they do to answer the 9-1-1 calls for help and ensure the proper resources are dispatched. They also ensure that when an incident rapidly expandds or unfolds that we are updated with additional information and reinforced with additional resources. We couldnt be successful at your home without them on the other end of the phone and radio. THANK YOU RED CENTER!
