Using with axes and power saws Prospect Heights' firefighters practiced making roof ventilation holes using NIPSTA's fire training building. As a member of NIPSTA (www.nipsta.org/fire) the PHFD makes unlimited use of the facility each year. In April and May roof and ladder work were the focus of that use.
