Prospect Heights responded with Wheeling firefighters to a reported garage fire in Wheeling shortly after 2PM. On arrival the first engine reported the garage engulfed in flames. The garage was separated from the home and had not spread to it. Two hose lines were used to extinguish the fire. Several propane tanks were removed from the fire area. One was leaking propane which firefighters controlled.
